Most items in my shop are custom engraved and made-to-order, which means:
All personalized items are final sale
Returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to my error
If anything is wrong with your order, message me within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A brief description of the problem
I will make it right, whether that means a replacement or refund.
For items that are not customized:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refund is issued once the item is received and inspected
Your experience matters deeply to me. If your order arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect:
Contact me within 7 days of delivery
Attach photos of the item and packaging
I will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you
Because personalized engraving begins quickly:
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase
After that time, cancellation may not be possible if production has started
If you need to request a cancellation, message me as soon as possible.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once:
A returned item is received and inspected
Or an issue with a defective/damaged product is verified
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval.
