Refund policy

At EngravedbyLumen, every piece is made with intention and crafted just for you. I want you to love what you receive, and I’m always here to help if something isn’t as expected. Please take a moment to review the return and refund guidelines below.

Custom & Personalized Items

Most items in my shop are custom engraved and made-to-order, which means:

  • All personalized items are final sale

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to my error

If anything is wrong with your order, message me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

I will make it right, whether that means a replacement or refund.

Non-Personalized Items

For items that are not customized:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refund is issued once the item is received and inspected

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your experience matters deeply to me. If your order arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect:

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery

  • Attach photos of the item and packaging

  • I will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you

Cancellations

Because personalized engraving begins quickly:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase

  • After that time, cancellation may not be possible if production has started

If you need to request a cancellation, message me as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once:

  • A returned item is received and inspected

  • Or an issue with a defective/damaged product is verified

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval.
