Processing Time

Each engraved item is carefully crafted by hand.

• Standard Processing: 5–7 business days

• During Holidays or Sales: Processing may extend to 7–10 business days

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your chosen method and your location.

United States

• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Orders

• Standard International: 7–21 business days
  Shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.

Please note: Once a package is with the carrier, transit delays are outside my control—but I’m always here to help if you need support.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because each item is custom-made:

• Once engraving begins, cancellations are not accepted 

• Changes requested after production starts may require additional time

• Personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect

Every order is thoughtfully packaged to reflect the delicate, meaningful nature of your piece. Gift-ready packaging is included with most items, and you may request a personalized gift note at no extra charge.
